LAG (Loose-Aggressive)
LAG (Loose-Aggressive) players enter pots with a wide range of hands and apply constant pressure through betting and raising. This style is high-variance and requires excellent postflop skills to execute profitably. A successful LAG creates difficult decisions for opponents by representing a wide range of hands, but can be punished by observant opponents who adjust correctly.
Example
A LAG might open-raise 35% of hands from the button and frequently 3-bet from the blinds, putting maximum pressure on opponents.
